After the Body

After the Body gathers photographs made over many years that attend to what persists once the body can no longer fully assert itself. The work moves through interiors, landscapes, and figures without seeking narrative or closure, registering presence as something unstable, mediated, and incomplete. Bodies appear as remainder or interruption; places absorb memory.
